Lootwood Outlaws
3,333 recruits fund the first heist. Mint one, join the band.
The founding band
Every game needs a first pot.
The Lootwood Outlaws are 3,333 hand-drawn dragons of the wood — seven scale colors and dozens of hoods, helms, grins and breath effects drawn as real layered art, composed so every trait in the metadata is actually in the picture.
They exist for one reason: to fill the Sheriff's first carriage. Every coin raised is deployed on-chain where the whole forest can watch it.

The mint
The mint seeds the game, not a wallet.
Mint & burn
Join the band, or ride back into the woods.
The mint opens to the whitelist first — 0.002 ETH straight from the chain. Already hold one, or need the LOOT? Burn any Outlaw back into 100 LOOT— it's destroyed forever and the collection only ever shrinks.
Mint & burn
The forge
Build your outlaw.
These are the collection's real trait layers. Pick a recruit and their gear, or roll the dice and see what the mint could deal you.

Composed live from the collection's real trait layers — exactly what the mint does.
The dice uses the collection's true trait weights.
Where every coin goes
The mint seeds the game, not a wallet.
A sellout raises 6.666 ETH (3,333 × 0.002). All of it is split on-chain the moment each Outlaw mints:
Routed to the liquidity seeder, which deepens the Nottingham Fair pool so $LOOT has a real market from day one.
Routed to the prize treasury, which fills the road pot and the Bounty Vaults at launch, so the first riders rob a carriage that is already full.
Treasury for audits, keepers and getting the word out of the forest. The only slice that touches an operations wallet.
A small buffer held back for the unexpected — takes the rounding remainder so not a wei is stranded.
The band is forming.
3,333 Outlaws at 0.002 ETH, first come first served. When the mint opens it opens above — until then, the best way in is the oldest one: ride with us.
