Lootwood Outlaws
1000 recruits fund the first heist. Mint one, join the band.
The founding band
Every game needs a first pot.
The Lootwood Outlaws are 1000 hand-drawn bandits in the same storybook style as everything in the wood — five species, two genders, and dozens of hoods, cloaks, bows and trinkets drawn as real layered art, composed so every trait in the metadata is actually in the picture.
They exist for one reason: to fill the Sheriff's first carriage. Every coin raised is deployed on-chain where the whole forest can watch it.

The mint
The forge
Build your outlaw.
These are the collection's real trait layers. Pick a recruit and their gear — or roll the dice and see what the mint could deal you.

Preview of the recruit and their loadout — the real mint composes the gear onto the character.
The dice uses the collection's true trait weights.
Where every coin goes
The mint seeds the game — not a wallet.
A sellout raises roughly 9.75 ETH. All of it is deployed on-chain, split three ways:
Funds the road pot and the Bounty Vaults at launch, so the first riders rob a carriage that is already full. Sent straight to the game contracts — verifiable by anyone.
Deepens the Nottingham Fair pool so $LOOT has a real market from day one. Protocol-owned, locked — it never leaves.
Treasury for audits, keepers and getting the word out of the forest. The only slice that touches an operations wallet.

Eight hidden legends
Your free mint could be Robin.
Eight of the 1000 scrolls hide the wood's own cast as 1/1 hand-made portraits — Robin the Cat, the Bandit Hound, Ember (and his saddest day), the Owl Bookkeeper, Merlin the Badger, the Boar Sheriff and the Golden Carriage itself. Nobody knows which token ids carry them. Not even us.
Every mint shows the sealed scroll for 48 hours. Then a drand beacon — the same public randomness that draws the carriage every round — breaks the seal. The full metadata sequence is committed as a provenance hash before the mint opens, so nobody can reshuffle rarities after the fact. How our fairness works.
Rarity tiers
| Tier | Count | What makes it |
|---|---|---|
| Legendary 1/1 | 8 | the site's cast, hand-made art — hidden in random mints |
| Epic | 42 | two or more ultra-rare traits (stolen crown, royal robe, shoulder companions) |
| Rare | 150 | one trait rarer than 6% |
| Uncommon | 300 | strong mid-rarity combinations |
| Common | 500 | the rank and file of the band |
What holders get
Perks are boosts and honors — never a cut of protocol fees. The game's tokenomics stay untouched.
The band is forming.
Mint date and whitelist details will be announced soon. Until then, the best way in is the oldest one: ride with us.
